Awesome video today. Fear of making mistakes is a big one too. For every five ideas you implement, four will flop. Much of the new media marketing techniques are too new to know if they work or not. You can't be afraid if it's not perfect either. Make it 80% perfect and then fix it as it goes.

It is so funny. I stopped reading your blog the day you started making videos, because I just hated to watch videos. I never thought that people actually enjoy this kind of communication. This evening I was attracted by one of your headlines, I saw the video and it's about one hour now since I stopped working because I'm watching your videos.
Regarding fear, you are right, this is the enemy we have to face with every decision that we make. I had my biggest successes with things I really didn't care about, so I was not afraid to fail. When I was too careful, I failed most of the times.
