I've made a few suggestions myself for both Technorati and MyblogLog with the expected results - nada.

But then I'm just a cranky old fart so who cares what I think eh ... :)

I think there is also something to be said for setting a value on access to your audience and not caving to the pressure of selling it for less. I have personal experience at letting something go unsold for an entire year because "the market" kept telling me I was too expensive, but I stuck to my gins. Flash forward to today, and I now have it priced higher than ever before and a year-long waiting list of advertisers vying for the sponsorship opportunity.

Actually, I stuck to my GUNS (but access to gin can certainly help.)

I think as well one has to have a strong believe in one's own value and also one should take into account the quality of one's readership. While setting my rate at what I have might seem high to some I think that given a PR5 ranking and a continually growing readership along with active comments actually brings a better return for a potential link buyer.
