You asked for examples, so here is one I can provide. I think they do a good job. It is a small business (San Fran Dentist). I think it really is impressive and "sells" this practice. He takes videos that show car crashes, people injurying themselves, etc. and embeds them around a frame that says "Got Mitchell?"
