The insurance guy linked below was the first person I saw take YouTube video and use it intelligently. He takes videos that show car crashes, people injurying themselves, etc. and embeds them around a frame that says "Got Mitchell?" While the tagline isn't all that original, the use of the vdeo was.
...at least until a national insurance agency started mimicking the same concept in their "better ways to spend 15 minutes online tv campaign -- but I think this guy did it FIRST. http://www.insurance-mitchell.com/

I was researching the use of video for my company's landing pages, and I stumbled across your blog. You asked for examples, so here is one I can provide. I think they do a good job.
