Nope - I don't have any connection to any of the sites I mentioned. Just thought that it was a similar concept from the point of view of selling ideas.

I think it's a good plan Jim. One good idea could be worth a fortune so it's worth paying for. I mean that's all Alex Tew at Million Dollar Home Page did - he had one good idea.
