  Excellent points. Listening is a key part of communication. These days it seems a lot of folks are talking at people instead of talking to them. Listening with help make the conversation civil.
  
  Listening also allows you to open yourself up to the possibility that you may be wrong. While we all like to think we're always right, every so often we're off the mark. A wise person once told me that it's good to consider all perspectives. It will help you adjust your position if needed, and it's strengthen your position if it's correct.

  I impulsively printed this right after reading. This is just the sort of thing I needed to read right now. I had a lot on my mind about my career and the blind steps I'm about to make in a couple of weeks, and there are just too many opinions, ideas and POVs about that. Too many in fact, that I can't seem to lift my foot and make that first step. It basically just split me into two and now I'm fighting myself. And I realized upon reading this, that all I needed to do was block off the outer noises, listen to both sides and begin from there. It all just starts with listening.

  Listening is the part of communication during the conversation whatever you listent, can express your self infront anyone. Because your thought , way of talking . undustanding,view ,opinion,which is Depend on listening power, when you would be good listener than you can become good speaker.

  According to me Excellent point is Listening,a key part of communication. we all think we're always right but sometime we are wrong because we are not listening.If you can listen carefully than you can give the answer.Than you can become a good speaker .

  If we don't listen carefully then we cannot express our thougths about that matter,we may not be capable to communicate and we also may not be able to achieve persuasion.so I think it's a very good fact that listening is the key to persuasion.

  yes, its a Excellent advice! i am totaly agree with this sentence "Listening Is The Key To Persuasion" because without listening we can't give
  a proper answer or we can't express ourself and we can't communicate with anyone so, i think after having a good listening skills
  we can solve any kind of problem of customers. in short we can say good listening is a way of dealing with customers.

  These are various keys to understanding others-
  Interview ,Questionnaire,observation
  we need to listen others in interview & quessionaire but if we are not able to listen others then observation is a best way to perceiving other. For it we just need to grasping the activities of that person.
  'Communication' is a way to understanding others. but a different way is 'observing the activies' of others by perceiving them without listening to him. everyone think alot, then how can we perceive them, its very simple. what they do. ok if i give a work to 3 peoples then all would have the different way to getting it done. then we can easily analyse that what they thing & learnt.
  the best example of it how we can perceive a dog whereas he can't tell.. very simple through observation.
