Jim Kukral: I Need To Lose Some Weight - Watch Me Do It

  • Kidino · 2 years ago
    Hi Jim,

    Let me try to remember this. Didn't you try to lose weight already one time ago. And even put up a blog about it, with progress, etc. I don't remember the URL or the domain name ... but hey, what happened to that?

    @wade, go team blue!

    @Kidino, yep, I was the original fatblogger, years ago. Here's what happened to helpjimgetslim.com.

    Hi! Just found your blog, good luck with your 30 pounds.
    I just got an idea in my blog about how a treadmill could be combined with an xbox. Would you be my first costumer? =)

    Take care!

    @Elin, an Xbox eh? I don't play games like that. But you should do it!

    Go Jim Go!

    When I wake up I go straight to the gym and come back and become a computer geek - but I am a morning person that is why - good luck!

    Good luck, Jim! I'm just getting started (again!) on a weight loss journey myself! I'll be with you in spirit! ;)

    @Lisa, thanks!

    Can't wait to see how you do Jim. I started at 5' 11" and 275 so a little more to the "obese" side than you are but I"m 218 as of today and still at it 7 months later. My goal is 185.

    I feel low carb is the way to go although for appitite control as losing the carbs (sugars) seems to act a bit like a natural appetite suppressent. I found Atkins a bit restrictive for me and prefer the South Beach method so I can have ample veggies. Thanks for the post and best of luck to you!
