Geek Marketer is as good a title as any (although I tend to prefer my long-running "Idea Guy" moniker.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I think the real challenge facing companies seeking to hire these non-traditional marketers is that they keep trying to use traditional hiring methods.
