Hi Jim, i'm a big fan of your blog and read it religiously. I like the way you think and i share quite a lot of your goals in life. And today i find out we're born on the same day! (altough i just became 31) I think that's just great, it made me laugh... So happy birthday to you. Keep up the good work and i'm real curious what the scratchback idea will bring.
