In order to be able to have fun, I believe we should pick the job that suit with our preferences to begin with. We can't and shouldn't lie to ourselves about the things we like and don't like about the job. One should explore her own values about the job so she can find her fun life at work.

Jim, great point about passion vs. fun. The word passion is so overused anymore it doesn't even mean anything to most people. But fun will always mean FUN.
