Jim Kukral: Do You Value Yourself & Your Business High Enough?

  • chaim · 1 year ago
I'm a recent fan of yours, i like your selling and maketing advice.
but i think you missed the point when Duncan Macpherson was talking about how to start a relationship, not to give a discount when you try to get the client, becuse they will always expect it. and what you said from Jon Spoelstra is not to screw the client because it will get back to you in the long run. Jim i enjoy your podcast you provide very valuble informaition.

I believe that the way the market is going you have to charge a little less. May its just me, but I have been getting plenty of people that use to spend money with me, start asking for discounts. What am I to do in situations like these.

It's a tough call. I think it depends on your skill level and experience. I know this though. When you price low, people value you low.

It's all about the business plan. If you have a good business plan then you will get this value that you are talking about!

So, do you suggest to hire more employees or fire them?
