The NY Times might as well have told people that working will kill them - no direct correlation. Heck, since I've been blogging and doing affiliate marketing, I've lost almost 100 pounds.  Working from home gives me the time and flexibility to work out when it feels best for me, which conditions me to want to do it because it feels good.
