Jim Kukral · 2 years agoMatt, I think deep down that's untrue. The mob does want things easier. The people still holding on to buzz words and inane copywriting are just delusional and stuck in 2000. They'll learn as their sales struggle while their competitors are out there solving problems instead of writing buzz words. They'll learn the hard way.
